This is the cabin we stayed in, with a beautiful view of the lake.
Our trip to the island was a canoe ride, where Tony got to help paddle.
The first full day there we took the canoe back to the main land and hiked up this hill (pretty intense) and to a village where we saw the blacksmith work.
These kids followed us the whole way up and back.
Christi helping air the fire for the blacksmiths.
The second day we took a 45 minute boat ride to the main land (other side of lake), and hiked about an hour to visit the Batwa Pgymy village. This is pretty much the whole village. They danced and sang for us, even the kids. It was an amazing time.
Just found your blog, you guys look great! I can't believe how much Mili has changed, such a pretty girl. Tiny Tots just isn't the same without you, looking forward to seeing you again.

Wow!
